You need to find a supervisor and subject or area for your internship, in one of our associated laboratories, depending on your backgrounds, home study requirements, and personal taste. Please look at the lab Internet website related to your area, by following the link:

Keep in mind the Application deadlines (also available from menu to the left): it may take more than one month, from the time you have found the lab supervisor, and have reached an agreement upon a text describing the subject of your internship, just to get the Ministry of Defence approval for entering the lab building. This approval is necessary if you do not belong to the European Union.

French law now requires that interns be paid at least one third of SMIC (approximately 400 euros) per month, if the duration of the internship is two months or more. Since 1 April 2010, it seems that a contract has to be signed and approved by French DDTE (Direction Départementale du Travail et de l'Emploi). This also adds delays.
