Application deadlines

The application should be complete (all requested documents filled and approved by student home institution) by:

  • 15 May 200N for first calendar semester (starting around 1 september 200N or 1 October 200N depending on level);
  • 15 November 200N for second calendar semester (starting around 10 January 200N+1, depending on level);
  • 3 months in advance for a lab project: a project can take place any time of the year, except during Christmas vacation (2 weeks around 20 December--4 January), and summer vacation (August).
