Upon your arrival at ENSEIRB-MATMECA

Main things to have inmind when you arrive: watch your Google docs individual folder (whiteboard); meet Clubee and international office staff.
 

This is what you should do upon arriving at ENSEIRB-MATMECA

  1. warn the international office and other persons of your arrival by sending an e-mail to:
    • the relevant departmental coordinator (cc: the institutional coordinator and international office);
    • our project supervisor (if this applies).
    • check your housing information with the international office
    • register as an ENSEIRB-MATMECA student at the registration office, you will get an student card;
    • get an account (and e-mail address) on ENSEIRB-MATMECA machines, from our computer manager once you have registered and have obtained your student card.
